MOWALOLA offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticating documentation.

• 3.
  Label & Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
